“When you know who you are, and your mission is clear,
and you burn with the inner fire of unbreakable will;
no cold can touch your heart; no deluge can dampen your purpose.
You know you are alive.” ~ Chief Seattle
“We must face tomorrow, whatever it may hold,
with determination, joy and bravery….
Your life is an occasion. Rise to it.“
~ Mr. Magorium’s Wonder Emporium
“We are powerful creators who can choose
to live as if we are blessed with abundance in
all that we have, all that we do, and all that we are.“

I Survived My Evolution
Growing up, my dad would often make a 1a.m., Jack Daniels-scented demand, “Who the f*** do you think you are?”
After 40+ years of hard life lessons, I can finally answer his ghost:
I’m a beautiful intelligent soul having a human experience.
I love aged cheese and fresh bread and handmade chocolate and pomegranate.
I’m a trauma survivor who still sometimes craves a bottle of wine…or two.
I seek the good in everything, no matter how deeply buried and covered in muck, and tears.
I collect Harry Potter Lego sets and Pixar movies and (a couple hundred) semi-precious gemstones.
I treasure moments of peacefully crazy creative relaxation.
I’m a closet superstar who sings along with loud rock music. (Off-key but enthusiastically!)
I hate the sound of people chewing and wrinkled bedsheets and dirty fingernails.
I’m not the angry, sad, and frustrated person I used to be, so I’m apologizing to everyone I’ve wronged and trying to forgive everyone who has hurt me.
I’m a idea addict who loves the rush of holding something that was ‘just an thought I had’. (I have four trademarks so far; another three pending.)
I can spend hours listening to ocean waves or looking for a document I put in a ‘safe place’ or watching movies with my family.
I’m a powerful healing facilitator who teaches others how to find and harness their Light.
What I’ve Learned
There was a time in my life when I felt lost and unfulfilled. I was struggling and desperate for something- anything- to change. I’m a suicide failure, thanks to my brother. With his help and the love of friends, I was able to turn away from the brink of despair and learn to appreciate the small miracles that occur every day.
Thankfully, an old mentor introduced me to personal development resources like The Secret, The Last Lecture, and The Science of Getting Rich. The biggest lesson I’ve discerned from books like these is this: I am responsible for my thoughts, my actions and my results.
I believe in the power of personal development to heal emotion, affect mood, influence thinking and change lives. The key is GRATITUDE. I’m grateful for my spiritual growth journey-it helped me move through and past a multi-decades-long experience of severe chronic Depression. Gratitude first saved my life, then changed it, and is now part of the healing process that continues to facilitate miracles in my day-to-day experience.
I love to share what I learn- about energy healing and life- but, because of my own mental wellness struggles, I used to think, “Who the hell am I to tell anybody else how to change their life?” Then a dear friend suggested, LIFT AS YOU CLIMB, and that has changed everything.
I am a Lightwarrior.
I am a Faithkeeper.
I am a Truthholder.
I am a Wayshower.
How may I climb with you?
